Our next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. The speaker will be John A. Hartog, JD, L.L.M. (Taxation), of Hartog & Associates. His topic will be "Stale Trusts." Mr. Hartog is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law and Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. He is a former Chair of the Executive Committee of the State Bar of California Trust and Estates Section, and is co-author of "California Trust Practice," among many other publications. He has lectured at professional education programs on trust administration and estate planning throughout California and nationwide.

About the Meetings
General membership dinner meetings for members and their guests are held on the second Wednesdays of September, November, January, March, and May. For the 2011-2012 year, the dates are: September 14 and November 9, 2011; and January 11, March 14, and May 9, 2012.
Meetings begin with a social hour at 5:30 pm, in the Napa Room of the Four Points Sheraton, 1010 Northgate Drive, San Rafael. From Hwy. 101, take the Freitas Parkway exit, and on the west side of the freeway, turn right onto Northgate Drive.
